Equimetric Product Detail Minimize

This page provides some detail about Equimetric, it features, functionality and the various Inspection Types it supports.

Device, Packer and Point of Sale Registration, Service Billing

Equimetric has built-in flexibility so that each Jurisdiction may use its own Fee Schedules (including Penalty schedules) across three different Registration Types - for example, a County could use different Fee and Penalty Schedules for Devices, Packers and Point of Sale businesses.  This ability to generate three types of Registration Invoices and Certificates has helped Counties produce bills customized to their specifications.  This includes County logos, etc.

In addition, Counties may choose how they want to process bills - once a year, or in monthly increments.  We've seen Counties so it both ways - you get to choose which method is right for your Jurisdiction.

The Service Billing module allows Counties to generate bills for reinspections, on-site visits, etc.  All this information is stored ni Equimetric's central database server at your office location.  This makes reporting a breeze because now you can produce reports that segregate Registration Fees and Services.

Modules in this group include:

  • Device , Packer, Point of Sale Registration
  • Service Billing Notices
  • Service Billing Receipts
  • Inspection Document Status
  • Graphs & Reports

Device Inspections

The Certificate of Inspection is used everyday to report on Weighing & Measuring Compliance in the field.  In addition, Equimetric provides Heavy Capacity Scale Inspections, LPG Meter Inspections, Taxi Meter Inspections, Vehicle Tank Inspections and Weighmaster Audits.

Each of the above modules enables an Inspection in the field to print out a hard-copy of his Inspection and leave a copy at the business.  Then the information is sycn'd with the central Equimetric database server at their office so that management reports, daily reports as well as monthly reports may be generated for use by different parties.

There are links to the Complaint Form and the Notices of Violation form so that an Inspector can easily generate these when required.
